The Wally-Home Resource Fair
Presented by Historic Wallingford and Wallingford Center

Saturday, April 25, 2026
10 AM – 3:30 PM

Wallingford Center
1815 N 45th St., Seattle

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Wally-Home Resource Fair, where neighbors were connected with trusted local businesses and experts to support the homes and stories that define Wallingford.

This free event, open to all, encouraged the public to learn about historic home renovation, preservation, modern upgrades, and more. See below for more information about this year’s programming.

We were pleased to honor long-time local business, Swanson’s Shoe Repair, with a Historic Wallingford Legacy Award. Previous winners include Murphy’s Pub, Changes, and Tweedy & Popp.

Several neighbors brought their photos and stories to be added to our digital archives. Learn more at our Snapshot Wallingford webpage.

Attendees enjoyed the test launch of our new in-person guided neighborhood tour, hosted by local architectural designer and historian Thomas Veith and public historian Sarah Martin. Stay tuned for more information on our guided tours happening this summer!
