Our Neighborhood

Wallingford is a neighborhood in north central Seattle, situated on a hill overlooking the north shore of Lake Union about four miles from the downtown core. The neighborhood exhibits all the hallmarks of an early 20th century American streetcar suburb, with its narrow residential lots and clustering of older apartment buildings and small- and medium-sized houses on blocks close to former streetcar lines. It features a bustling business district primarily concentrated along 45th Street, several parks, and many older Craftsman and revival-style residences.
