2025 Wally-Home Resource Fair

Historic Wallingford and the Wallingford Center partnered to present the Wally-Home Resource Fair on May 31, 2025.

The drop-in event was free and open to the public. We welcomed more than 300 attendees eager to learn about historic home renovation, preservation, modern upgrades, and more. Thank you to the vendors noted below who shared their expertise through thoughtful discussions and informative presentations.

The event also featured an award ceremony honoring long-time Wallingford staple, Tweedy and Popp Hardware!

About the Venue
Wallingford Center is located in the heart of Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. Built as the Interlake Public School in 1904, it functioned as a neighborhood school for nearly 70 years before being rehabilitated into Wallingford Center with shops, restaurants, and apartments. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Click here to learn more about its history.
